Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days. Please Note: During the holiday seasons processing times may be extended. Transit times may vary based on this.

Tracking Your Order
: Once your order is packed and ready, we'll send you a tracking number via email.

In case your package is marked 'Delivered' but you haven't received it, start by checking around your delivery area. If you still can't find your package after 3 days, we recommend contacting the mail carrier to file a claim.

While we strive to ensure every order reaches its destination, please understand that Heaven's Gold Products cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages once we hand the package(s) over to the mail carrier.

If your package is showing as "in transit" for an extended period, please contact the mail carrier for the latest status updates on your package(s). Please be aware that we cannot control delays once the package(s) is with the mail carrier.

If you need to change or cancel your order: Please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll try our best to accommodate your request, however once your package(s) is with the mail carrier and marked as shipped we are unable to cancel or refund your order. Modifications may be possible if your order is still processing.

  • Important: Your package will be sent to the exact address you provide. That’s why it’s crucial to double-check your address when placing an order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address you've entered, you will be responsible for the re-ship cost. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for items shipped to an incorrect address.
If you realize that your shipping address is incorrect, please email us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update it before your order is shipped. However, if your order has already been dispatched to the mail carrier, you’ll need to contact them directly for further assistance.

Return/Exchange Policy

We take great care in inspecting each product(s) before it's shipped to ensure quality satisfaction. In the rare case that you receive a defected product(s), please notify us within 72 hours of receiving it and provide photos of the defect. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges of any other reason. Thank you for understanding.
